It isn't enough to get them to replace the car, they should pay punitive damages for being reckless. you will get more money and maybe the dealership will learn an expensive lesson about joyriding. probably prevent similar thing from happening in the future. Don't back down until you get what you want, they have got to know they will lose in court.
